    Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our team within a healthcare/hospital environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in processing high volumes of invoices, proficiency with financial software systems (Lawson preferred), and a demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced work setting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Thoroughly manage the end-to-end accounts payable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.

    + Handle a minimum of 100 invoices per day with a focus on precision and efficiency.

    + Maintain compliance with company policies, healthcare regulations, and hospital-specific AP procedures.

    + Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to resolve any invoice discrepancies or payment issues.

    + Utilize Lawson software or similar ERP systems for AP tasks and reporting.

    + Prepare necessary documentation and reports for management as required.
