Description

We are looking for a meticulous Payroll Specialist to join our team in Irving, Texas. In this role, you will play a key part in managing payroll operations while ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies. This position is ideal for someone with expertise in payroll systems and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on time using Paycom

• Maintain employee data, including benefits and deductions, within payroll systems.

• Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure seamless payroll and benefits integration.

• Assist with accounts payable functions and other accounting tasks as needed.

• Provide support during system upgrades or transitions to ensure payroll continuity.

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, benefits, and deductions in a thorough and considerate manner.

Requirements

• Proficiency in payroll system Paycom is required.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, including accounts payable and auditing.

• Experience with benefit administration and payroll tax compliance.

• Familiarity with accounting software and tools.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
