Description
We are looking for an experienced RCSA Risk Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and maintaining risk and control frameworks while ensuring alignment with industry standards. This is a long-term contract position designed for professionals with a strong background in operational risk, compliance, and process optimization.
Onsite 4 days a week Charlotte, NC
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive risk and control frameworks tailored to organizational needs and industry standards.
• Analyze and evaluate risk control write-ups, ensuring consistency with best practices and methodologies.
• Collaborate on process optimization initiatives, leveraging Lean Six Sigma tools such as Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Facilitate risk assessments and quality control processes to enhance governance and operational efficiency.
• Utilize business process management tools, including Signavio, Visio, and Microsoft Excel, to support risk analysis and documentation.
• Coordinate with QA and governance teams to ensure accuracy and alignment in risk control frameworks.
• Provide insights into market taxonomy and business architecture to strengthen operational controls.
• Execute risk-related tasks efficiently within set timelines, adhering to a structured sprint model.
• Support project portfolio management by identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
• Maintain and update governance risk compliance tools such as Archer and ServiceNow to ensure seamless risk management processes.
Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in risk analysis, operational risk, or compliance-related roles.
• Proficiency in developing operational risk frameworks and implementing process controls.
• Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including tools like FMEA.
• Familiarity with governance risk compliance tools such as Archer eGRC and process management platforms like Signavio.
• Proven ability to analyze and optimize processes for improved efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Experience in QA and governance processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Knowledge of market taxonomy and business architecture frameworks.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel, for documentation and analysis.
