Are you an organized and detail-oriented accounting detail oriented looking to grow your career? We are seeking a motivated Accounting Associate who can contribute to key financial processes with accuracy and efficiency. This role supports operations across multiple entities and markets, offering an opportunity to develop valuable skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities Assist with month-end close processes, ensuring timely and precise financial reporting. Prepare, review, and post journal entries to maintain accuracy in financial records. Perform bank and cash reconciliations; resolve any discrepancies. Manage accruals for proper expense and revenue recognition. Conduct variance analysis and report deviations in financial performance. Reconcile corporate credit card statements and ensure proper approvals/documentation. Handle bank account cash movements and manage daily deposits and balances. Investigate and adjust payment discrepancies using accounting expertise. Utilize Excel formulas to consolidate and streamline financial data. Support accounts payable functions, including invoice processing and check management. Process patient refunds and manage accounts payable checks. Prepare sales and use tax reports to ensure regulatory compliance. Assist with acquisition-related accounting and revenue analytics.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited institution. Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience (journal entries and reconciliations); Big 4 public accounting experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

• Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience, including preparing journal entries and performing bank reconciliations.

• Familiarity with corporate tax, sales tax, and general ledger processes.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use formulas to consolidate data.

• Experience with accounting tools such as Power BI and Alteryx is preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with team members.

• Big 4 public accounting experience is highly desirable.
