    Description

    A dynamic real estate investment firm in Fallbrook is looking for a motivated Staff Accountant to join their finance team. This role offers exposure to a variety of accounting functions across multiple properties and entities.     Key Responsibilities:

    + Prepare monthly financial statements for assigned properties

    + Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger balances

    + Track rent payments, CAM charges, and lease-related adjustments

    + Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

    + Support external audits and tax preparation

    + Maintain compliance with internal controls and reporting standards

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

    + 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management

    + Familiarity with Yardi, MRI, or similar property management software

    + Strong Excel skills and attention to detail

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
