    Description

    We are looking for an entry-level User Experience (UX) Designer/Writer to support our client on a freelance long-term contract basis. This freelance role is ideal for someone who thrives in an independent, digital support type of environment and has a passion for improving digital content and user interfaces. This position offers flexibility with remote work options, and a part-time flexible schedule of 15-20 hours per week. Candidates must have a strong portfolio of work and at least 3 years of experience supporting businesses in a freelance capacity for Web Content.     Responsibilities:

    • Perform minor edits and updates to website content, ensuring alignment with company branding.

    • Collaborate with the sales team and VP of Marketing to draft and finalize digital copy.

    • Manage digital assets and maintain web content using tools such as Builder.IO.

    • Assist in improving user experience by implementing design changes and enhancements.

    • Support the marketing team with occasional digital marketing projects, but mostly web related projects.

    • Work closely with freelance developers and senior designers to execute design strategies.

    • Ensure all digital updates are consistent with the organization's goals and standards.

    • Conduct regular reviews of website functionality to identify areas for improvement.

    • Provide input and assistance in developing marketing campaigns.

    Requirements

    • At least 3 years of experience in UX design or a related field.

    • Proficiency in Builder.IO.

    • Strong skills in web content management and digital asset handling.

    • Familiarity with copy editing and digital content creation.

    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

    • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies is a plus.

    • Availability to work 15-20 hours per week on a consistent or flexible schedule remotely.
