Description We are looking for an experienced Treasurer to oversee the operations of the Treasury Department in Westlake Village, California. This role involves managing cash flow, debt management, and ensuring compliance with loan agreements while providing strategic financial insights. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining liquidity, optimizing interest expenses, and supporting corporate financial objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cash management operations and short-term working capital needs across multiple parent entities.

• Prepare and analyze various cash flow forecasts, including quarterly, monthly, and daily projections, to ensure adequate liquidity for required payments.

• Execute borrowing and repayment transactions under bank credit facilities, ensuring optimal liquidity and minimized interest expenses.

• Manage the timely payment of loan interest, fees, and principal amounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Supervise the preparation of detailed financial reports, including daily debt reports, monthly credit facility summaries, and bank fee reports.

• Compile loan compliance packages, including officers’ certificates, covenant calculations, and performance reports, for quarterly, semi-annual, and annual submissions.

• Monitor and manage real estate collateral pool values by reviewing borrowing base computations, processing collateral changes, and modeling the impact of asset appraisal adjustments.

• Collaborate with lenders to address inquiries and provide necessary documentation or analysis, coordinating with divisions and corporate teams as needed.

• Support strategic financial decisions by conducting in-depth analysis and providing recommendations to senior leadership. Requirements • Proven experience in corporate treasury operations, including cash and debt management.

• Strong proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting techniques.

• Familiarity with loan compliance procedures and covenant calculations.

• Ability to manage complex real estate collateral pools and borrowing base computations.

• Advanced knowledge of treasury and financial software tools.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with lenders and internal teams.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
