Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to join our team in Westboro, Massachusetts. This is a long-term contract opportunity within the services industry, offering a chance to contribute to essential billing and financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing invoicing, reconciliation, and contract-based billing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process accurate contract-based billing in accordance with company policies.

• Manage contract adjustments, including increases and amendments, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

• Generate invoices and ensure timely delivery to clients.

• Perform cash reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.

• Record and review journal entries to ensure alignment with accounting standards.

• Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to monitor and resolve payment discrepancies.

• Utilize CRM systems to track billing data and maintain organized client records.

• Apply knowledge of accounting functions to support financial reporting and analysis.

• Work with Aderant and other billing systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Requirements • Proficiency in Aderant and CRM systems.

• Strong understanding of accounting functions and principles.

• Experience managing accounts receivable and billing operations.

• Ability to perform cash reconciliations and handle journal entries.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proven ability to adapt to evolving billing systems and processes.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams.

• Previous experience in a services environment focused on precision and quality is preferred.
