Description

+ Manage daily accounting functions, including general ledger reconciliation, month-end and year-end closings, and financial reporting.

+ Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.

+ Maintain accurate costing and inventory accounting processes using Deacom ERP systems.

+ Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows.

+ Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

+ Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for company objectives.

+ Partner with cross-functional teams to provide insights on financial performance and process improvements.

+ Train and mentor junior staff as necessary to build team competencies.

Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred but not required.

+ Minimum of 5–7 years of accounting experience, ideally within the manufacturing industry.

+ Demonstrated expertise in Deacom ERP systems, including setup, maintenance, and reporting functions.

+ Strong understanding of inventory management and cost accounting principles.

+ Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis).

+ Solid knowledge of GAAP and compliance regulations applicable to the manufacturing industry.

+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
