• Data Reporting Analyst

    Description We are looking for a skilled Data Reporting Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Indio, California. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in database management, data analysis, and reporting to support organizational goals.     Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Access to meet organizational needs.

    • Analyze and interpret complex datasets to generate actionable insights and recommendations.

    • Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

    • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by maintaining database architecture and business logic integration.

    • Automate workflows and streamline processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

    • Create and maintain detailed documentation for database systems and reporting processes.

    • Utilize tools such as Microsoft SQL and Excel VBA to support data analysis and reporting tasks.

    • Conduct periodic reviews of database systems to identify and resolve any performance or functionality issues.

    • Apply a data-driven approach to problem-solving, ensuring solutions are both practical and effective. Requirements • At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and database management.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Access, including designing, developing, and maintaining applications.

    • Strong skills in Microsoft SQL and Excel VBA for data analysis and reporting.

    • Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.

    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

    • Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.

    • A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
