    Are you an experienced Corporate Paralegal with a passion for legal research and supporting attorneys in high-stakes corporate litigation and transactions? This fully remote role is ideal for candidates who thrive on flexibility and are ready to help a growing legal team succeed. With 20-30 hours per week initially, this part-time position comes with the exciting potential to grow into a full-time role as the firm expands!

     

    • What You’ll Do:

    •️ Assist attorneys with drafting and filing legal documents, contracts, and discovery materials 📝

    •️ Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on corporate law issues 🔎

    •️ Support corporate transactions, including due diligence and closings 💼

    •️ Manage case files, timelines, and exhibit preparation for litigation ✅

    •️ Communicate and coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts 🤝

    Requirements

    • The Ideal Candidate Brings:

    • A Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s + Paralegal Certification preferred

    •️ Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate litigation or business transactions

    •️ Proficiency in legal tools like LexisNexis and case management software

    • Knowledge of court systems, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance

    • Outstanding organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
