    Description

    Principal Responsibilities:

    + Feed Production Scheduling and Control

    + General Maintenance and housekeeping

    + Warehouse organization

    + Completion of all paperwork

    + Quality Assurance and safety program

    + Constant and daily communication with farms, managers, and employees

    Required Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent experience

    + Must be able to work weekends

    + Knowledge of feed mill processes and procedures

    + Supports a consistent professional demeanor and image of the company

    + Positive attitude and works well under pressure

    + High work ethic

    + Commitment to dependability and willingness to meet goals and deadlines

    + Valid driver’s license

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Bilingual – English/Spanish
