Job Summary:

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Intern to assist with the review and updating of manufacturing work instructions and routers using the MultiCAPP software system. This role involves a combination of structured training, technical document editing, and cross-functional collaboration in support of a major digital migration project in Indianapolis.

Job Duties:

* Attend structured training to learn how to navigate and edit instructions in both the current and legacy MultiCAPP systems.

* Use Teamcenter to locate and validate tools, documents, and manufacturing data referenced in legacy instructions.

* Perform pre-migration reviews and formatting of Operation Instructions, including identifying special characters, formatting breaks, and verifying documentation accuracy.

* Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers to clarify instruction breaks and validate tool/document references.

* Update task progress in Microsoft Teams and communicate issues or inconsistencies with documentation.

* Follow structured guidelines to support predictive item creation in the new Teamcenter environment.

Required Qualifications:

* Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)

o Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and technical documentation

o Familiarity with or willingness to learn MultiCAPP and Teamcenter

o Proficient in Microsoft Word and Teams

* Analytical Skills

o High attention to detail; ability to spot formatting inconsistencies and document errors

o Strong written and verbal communication skills

o Ability to work closely with engineers and independently manage assigned tasks

o Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and attend training sessions

o Able to follow structured processes and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

* Prior experience with MultiCAPP

* Familiarity with Teamcenter software

* Experience using Microsoft Teams for collaboration and tracking
