    Position Summary:

    Responsible for conducting and communicating the market research required to support division growth strategies & strategic decision making. To work with market management to effectively utilize market intelligence products and services. Work with distribution network and Distribution Advisory Council (DAC).

    Responsibilities

    + Protect and effectively use Parker brand standards and messaging

    + Ensure brand/design consistency throughout all marketing projects

    + Email marketing communications and social media content creation

    + Marketing Media channel research and negotiations

    + Product literature and instructional manual management

    + Website updates / SEO implementation

    + Assist with tradeshow management and booth design

    + Assist with lead distribution and management via CRM

    + Some vendor management required

    + Graphic design / page layout skills / Adobe Creative Suite experience required

    + Strong attention to detail and project management skills

    + Basic copyrighting competency a plus

    + Other assignments to support as necessary

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Graphic Design or related discipline

    + Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite

    + Fluency in Microsoft Suite of products

    + Interest and ability to learn and develop a working knowledge of Parker products, applications, distributor network, and markets

     

    Closing Statement

    Competitive Compensation:

    + Salaried exempt range for this role is $62,050 - $96,700

    + Participation in Annual Incentive Program
