    The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative and technical assistance to the Division Project Development unit. This position supports the unit by gathering, analyzing, editing and reporting information for the various functions and responsibilities assigned to the unit. The position collects and edits confidential reports, proposals, and consultant submittals and is responsible for the payment and tracking of all invoices in coordination with Project Managers. The position will also monitor fund, contract and purchase order balances to prevent overdrafts. The position will receive inquiries from citizens and other external customers and coordinate with Project Managers to provide timely responses. The position will assist with personnel tasks, such as attending HR trainings, onboarding and SAP role requests.

     

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Competencies

    + ·Experience with Microsoft Office using programs such as Access, Word, and Excel

    + Experience interpreting and/or explaining policies, procedures, and laws

    + Customer service experience, including resolving customer issues

    + Experience completing and/or maintaining records and reports

     

    Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

    High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and four years of related administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
