ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving financial performance through monthly, annual, and ad-hoc analysis, collaborating with key stakeholders across the business, and supporting the commercial team in connecting financial results with business performance.

JOB** **RESPONSIBILTIES:

_Monthly Cycle:_

+ Validate accounting data with BSC

+ Analyze and review monthly P&L performance

+ Conduct mix analysis and link financials to commercial activities

+ Assist in preparation of monthly forecasts and performance reviews for leadership

_Annual Cycle (1YP):_

+ Assist in 1YP analysis and support 10YP/3YP business cycle planning

_Ad-Hoc Analysis:_

+ Support pricing initiatives and innovation P&L validation

+ Assist in resource allocation and economic profit analysis

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or business-related field required.

+ Three to four years of financial/analytical work experience, and preferably some FP&A related experience.

+ Experience with MS Office Suite including advanced proficiency with Excel

+ Preferable to have experience with Power BI

+ Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

+ Experience creating and delivering executive level presentations

+ Ability to prioritize workload and deliverables to multiple stakeholders
