    Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a **Principal Facilities Representative** to provide support to our Roy, Utah Sentinel Team.

     

    This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

    What You’ll Get To Do:

    + Receiving, reviewing, prioritizing, and registering facilities work requirements.

    + Data analysis skills to collect and interpret large data sets, as well as data visualization skills to present your findings in a clear and meaningful way.

    + Providing input to facilities Principles and Operating Procedures (ProPs).

    + Analyzes and audits facility management, maintenance and operations.

    + Overseeing work performed by suppliers to verify adherence to the purchase order/scope of work, quality of work, and safety.

    + Planning, coordinating and scheduling preventative maintenance work with suppliers and affected users.

    + Gathering and entering facility asset data in the Consolidated Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

    + Coordinating emergency requests, escorting as needed.

    + Developing, maintaining and presenting Facilities Operations and Maintenance metrics data.

    This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

    Basic Qualifications:

    + 5 Years of experience with Bachelor's Degree; or 3 Years of experience with a Masters degree; or an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelors Degree.

    + Experience receiving work requirements and transcribing into standardized work authorizations.

    + Facility maintenance and planning experience.

    + Maintenance Management System/Program experience such as L2L, Maximo, Maintenance Connect etc.

    + Data analysis skills to collect and interpret large data sets, as well as data visualization skills to present your findings in a clear and meaningful way.

    + Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience working in a mission critical facility environment by participating in maintenance activities for several different trade disciplines.

    + Writes assigned reports such as planning guides, facilities inventories, building capacity analyses, building needs, and utilization studies.

    + Proficient with MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and or Databases.

    + Preventative Maintenance Planning.

    + Ability to perform effectively in a team environment.

    + Facilities Work Authorization.

    + Strong data analysis skills to collect and interpret large data sets, as well as data visualization skills to present your findings in a clear and meaningful way.

    + Demonstrated time management and organizational skills as well as strong communication skills.

    + Writes assigned reports such as planning guides, facilities inventories, building capacity analyses, building needs, and utilization studies.

     

    Salary Range: $78,700.00 - $118,100.00

     

    The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

     

    Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
