Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Quality Analyst to join our Mission assurance Compliance Auditing team of qualified, diverse individuals.
This position will be in Clearfield Utah.
In the Process Compliance Team, we complete assessments and audits to monitor compliance to specifications and processes to ensure compliance with AS9100 and internal procedures. This position will focus on FOE/FOD and process audits and assisting with QMS related audits.

Responsibilities include the following:
+ Perform Process Audits on the production floor and support processes.
+ Perform FOE/FOD Audits.
+ Support the FOE board, prepare the weekly FOE board slide deck.
+ Support Data Analytics for the FOE process.
+ Issue corrective actions in CPATS for audit findings.
+ Report to and coordinate audit related activities with leadership.
+ Ensure effective audit related corrective actions.

Basic Qualifications:
Quality Analyst: (Auditor)
+ Education and experience requirements: Bachelor's degree 2 years of relevant work experience; OR a Master's degree with 0 years of relevant work experience.
+ Working knowledge of data gathering analytical tools (SharePoint, SAP, BW, MS Office) to pull data from ERP systems and analyze and interpret a wide variety of data/information to identify trends, positive and negative correlations, form valid conclusions and present data to best highlight relevant points.
+ Must have U.S. Citizenship with an active DoD Secret Clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access
+ Ability to travel up 25% of the time for 1-2 weeks at a time
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Audit experience
+ Manufacturing experience
+ Secret clearance / SAP
+ Knowledge of Root Cause and Corrective Action methods
+ Knowledge of continuous improvement principles
+ Background in Composites
+ AS9100 Lead Auditor certification
+ Audit training
Work schedule:
+ Day shift 9X80 std schedule
+ Audits may cause temporary work on any shift.
Salary Range: $63,800.00 - $95,800.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
