What You’ll Do

You’ll manage the full payroll process from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll for all employees. This includes entering and maintaining employee data such as time worked, rate of pay, paid leave, deductions, tax withholdings, and benefit contributions. You’ll monitor and reconcile timecards, resolve discrepancies, and process adjustments for leaves of absence. You’ll ensure compliance with payroll regulations and reconcile benefit deductions. You’ll also support HR projects as needed, contributing to a smooth and responsive employee experience.

What You Bring

You have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience in payroll, accounting, or bookkeeping. You bring a strong sense of confidentiality, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving problems. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage deadlines, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with ADP’s payroll system is a plus—or you’re confident in your ability to learn quickly.

Working Conditions

This is an office-based role that requires prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer. The environment includes the presence of animals and common allergens such as pet dander or fur.
