**Job Title:** Multicraft Maintenance Technician (Temp-to-Hire)

**Location:** Hartsville South Carolina

Pay Rate:** $15.00 - $25.00/hour **(Based on Experience)

**Hours:** Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Some overtime required; most weekends off

We're Hiring a Well-Rounded Multicraft Maintenance Technician!

Are you a hands-on problem-solver with a strong mechanical and electrical background? We're looking for a self-motivated, punctual, and dependable individual who's ready to work in a fast-paced, varied environment. This is a **temp-to-hire** opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidate.

What You'll Be Doing:

We handle a wide variety of tasks-from **trailer repairs** and **forklift maintenance** to **welding & fabrication** , **electrical troubleshooting** , and **hydraulic/pneumatic systems** work. No two days are the same, so versatility is key.

What We're Looking For:

+ **At least 4 years of experience** as a Multicraft Maintenance Technician

+ Strong **PLC troubleshooting skills**

+ Proficiency with **chains, sprockets, gears, valves, and cylinders**

+ Hands-on experience with **electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems**

+ Welding and fabrication experience is a plus

+ Must have **reliable transportation**

+ Must be **punctual** , **eager to learn** , and able to work independently

Additional Information:

+ A **skills test** will be administered during the interview to ensure the best fit for the role.

+ This position is **temp-to-hire** with the potential for long-term employment based on performance.

**Pay Details:** $15.00 to $25.00 per hour
