    • Now Hiring: Part-Time Supply Chain Engineer (6–9 Years of Experience)

    • Location: Remote or Hybrid | 💵 Pay Rate: $45/hr | ⏰ 15–20 Hours/Week

     

    Are you a detail-oriented, Excel-savvy professional with a strong background in supply chain coordination? We’re looking for an experienced **Supply Chain Engineer** to join our team on a **part-time basis** and help streamline key operations.

     

    • What You'll Do:

    + Reconcile customer Open Order reports with shipping records alongside planning teams

    + Track and follow up on RMAs and customer repair purchase orders

    + Help develop a centralized database or SharePoint tool to match customer QN Notices with RMA and Repair PO numbers

    + Manage Trello entries, ensuring accurate pairing of QN and RMA data

    + Respond directly to customer inquiries regarding shipping, tracking, and proof of delivery (POD)

    + Ensure timely shipment of critical parts as promised

    + Gather repair data (parts used and hours spent) to support project management quote proposals

    + Resolve discrepancies in shipping and support invoice clarification for past due or held payments

    • What You Bring:

    + **6 to 9 years** of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, or engineering support

    + **Strong Excel skills** – PivotTables, VLOOKUP, filtering, and data management

    + Familiarity with **ERP systems** – Oracle preferred

    + Self-starter mindset – comfortable seeking out information and solving problems

    + Clear, professional communicator with customers and internal teams

    **Pay Details:** $45.00 per hour
