Adecco is working with a world leader in the Aerospace industry to find a Part-Time Supplier Payment Specialist. This position is only 10 to 15 hours per week and will be considered a long-term contract with no end date. Starting pay is $ 23.00

Candidate will be working with all internal suppliers and arranging payments through Purchase Orders. While also ensuring compliance with companies No Pay/No PO Policy.

RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Payments via Purchase Orders, Payment Requisitions, and P-Card.

• Supplier onboarding

• PO increases and change orders.

NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Creating Statements of Work (SOWs).

• Determining PO amounts.

• Managing cost center budgets or tracking spend.

• Submitting invoices to a PO on behalf of suppliers.

• Arrange Outside-counsel related payments (Matter Management)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of equivalent experience

WORK ENVIONMENT:

• Once trained, position can be 100% remote or blend

• Schedule will be somewhat flexible but 15 hours per week

• Knowledge of MS-Office

• Oracle

• SSS (Shared Sourcing Services), iProcurement or SSP as examples

**Pay Details:** $23.00 per hour
