    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated AP/AR Clerk to join our team. This role involves answering phones, scanning invoices, and filing important documents. You will play a key role in maintaining the organization and efficiency of our administrative operations.

     

    + Invoice Management: Scan, organize, and file incoming and outgoing invoices accurately.

    + Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor payments, verify billing accuracy, and maintain AP records.

    + Accounts Receivable (AR): Generate invoices, track incoming payments, and follow up on outstanding balances.

    + Phone Support: Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.

    + Filing & Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital filing systems.

    + Administrative Support: Assist with other clerical duties as needed to support the finance and office teams.

    Qualifications

    + 1 year of AP or AR experience

     

    Work Environment

     

    You will work in a nice manufacturing environment as part of a team of four.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
