Job Title: Purchasing Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Purchasing Analyst to join our team, who will be responsible for assisting the purchasing team with processing quotes in the Ariba/SAP system. The role involves strategizing improvements for business operations and meeting with stakeholders to provide data-driven suggestions.

Responsibilities

+ Assist the purchasing team with processing of quotes in the Ariba/SAP system.

+ Strategize ideas to improve business operations and meet with stakeholders to provide suggestions based on analysis.

+ Gather and analyze data to identify patterns and trends.

+ Interpret data and submit reports to relevant department heads and management.

+ Help management and teams draw business goals and needs.

+ Establish new data gathering and analysis techniques within the organization.

+ Formulate procedural manuals for all departments.

+ Support migration from legacy data system to current.

+ Support regional design and launch of iERP system.

Essential Skills

+ 2+ years experience as an analyst in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Purchasing.

+ 2+ years using SAP or ERP to process quotes.

+ Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills (80% or higher on intermediate Excel test).

+ Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, strong communicator, and strong business acumen.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Previous experience supporting buyers with entering/managing quotes.

+ Previous Buyer assistant background .

+ Bachelor's Degree.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $38.00/hr.
