Job Title: Supplier Maintenance Specialist (Contract Role)

Contract Type: Open-ended Contract (Potential for Extension or Permanent Placement)

Experience Level: Entry Level

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Supplier Maintenance Specialist to join our team on an open-ended contract basis. This role is to cover for an employee on leave, with the potential to last anywhere from 2 to 6 months—or even transition into a permanent position. We're looking for someone who is comfortable with an ongoing contract and can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Set up new suppliers and cosigners to ensure timely payments.

+ Verify and maintain accurate banking information.

+ Process invoices received through Accounts Payable or from auction sales.

+ Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues.

+ Navigate and learn multiple systems, including Oracle.

+ Provide excellent customer service and support.

+ Assist with vendor management and maintenance tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.

+ Previous experience in customer service or setting up new customers in a system.

+ Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.

+ Background in banking (e.g., teller experience) is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
