Job Title: Brokerage CoordinatorJob Description

As a Brokerage Coordinator, you will provide high-quality support to clients in various aspects of their business, including brokerage operations, advisory accounts, transfers, and direct business. You will assist clients in navigating systems associated with the broker-dealer and utilize the CRM tool to accurately record each call. You will work independently within the team to assist callers without requiring outside help and participate in research projects as needed. A solid understanding of the financial services industry and its role is essential.

Responsibilities

+ Provide high-quality support to clients in brokerage operations, advisory accounts, transfers, and direct business.

+ Assist clients in navigating various systems associated with the broker-dealer.

+ Utilize the CRM tool to accurately record each call.

+ Work independently within the team to assist callers without requiring outside help.

+ Participate in research projects as required.

+ Demonstrate understanding of the financial services industry and its role.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ 2+ years of experience in Banking or Financial Services

+ 3+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Office

+ 2+ years of customer-focused experience in a high-level production/quality setting

Work Environment

The position offers a hybrid work environment, with initial weeks spent onsite to acclimate to the role.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
