    Description

    General timeframe is 5am-5pm PST (will be 8 hour shifts)

     

    - Handling inbound phone calls (no emails)

     

    - Case management for contact center

     

    - Not a scripted call center, has more complex calls, related to onboarding, employee relations, etc

     

    - Minimum of a 4 week training before they get on the phones

    Daily Responsibilities:

    • Managing inbound calls (high volume) for any HR topic a partner may have

    • Supporting both US and Canada based partners

    • Executes work through analysis of multiple sources of information, apply judgement, and effectively utilize multiple systems and tools.

    Interaction level with team:

    • Highly interactive with a variety of internal and external partners

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
