About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Global Partner Training and Certification Administrator to support the development and maintenance of partner enablement programs. This role plays a key part in enhancing the skills and capabilities of partners, driving measurable improvements in their ability to deliver value and generate revenue.
You will collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Global Partner Training and Certification and report to the Director of Global Partner Programs. This position is part of the Partner Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Source and prepare new partner enablement content from Sales, Customer Experience, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
Maintain and update course and asset inventory documentation on a quarterly basis.
Manage training content lifecycle (add, update, archive) in Skilljar, including core and premium product training and certification learning paths.
Modify and maintain Capabilities and Feature Guides for platform and premium products; ensure discoverability in the Asset Library.
Administer certification and maintenance journeys in Impartner (~20 journeys).
Maintain and organize training assets related to platform, premium products, sales, pricing, and plans.
Update core training and certification documentation (descriptions, presentations, policies, FAQs).
Support localization of training and certification content.
Draft and publish articles announcing new or updated enablement and certification content.
Manage incoming enablement requests and support tickets related to training and certification.
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in channel programs, partner training and certification, or channel sales support.
3+ years of experience managing certification programs and collaborating cross-functionally to support partner competencies.
Strong background in SaaS and cloud technologies.
Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (preferably Skilljar) and PRM systems (preferably Impartner).
Proven ability to manage data, assets, and documentation in a structured and scalable way.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
