Hiring HVAC Service Dispatcher

Description

Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration experienced Service Dispatcher with parts inventory background to join our growing team

Follow company policies and safety protocols

Dispatch our service technicians to areas in Long Island, Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn, and Westchester

Assist Service Manager with keeping and organizing work requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, and inventory records

Monitor re-order levels and replenish inventory to maintain proper vehicle inventory levels

Assist Service Manager with inspection of HVAC and Refrigeration equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general vehicle maintenance as needed

Schedule Preventive Maintenance on all HVAC/R equipment

Follow Up calls to customers.

Communicate effectively and respectfully with customers and team members.

Maintain accurate records and complete paperwork efficiently

Complete quotes for parts needed and distribute parts to service technicians

2+ years of commercial dispatch experience and parts management

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
