Position Overview: Accounting Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Accounting Manager to play a pivotal role in guiding the financial operations of a multi-entity organization. This position requires a strategic mindset, operational agility, and the ability to lead a team through evolving priorities and complex workflows. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of technical proficiency and leadership acumen, with a strong grasp of financial systems and a proactive approach to process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

+ Provide oversight and direction for core financial functions across multiple business units.

+ Ensure the integrity of financial data through systemized review and reconciliation processes.

+ Drive the development and execution of cash flow strategies and financial reporting initiatives.

+ Lead and support cross-functional teams in managing transactional cycles and customer/vendor relationships.

+ Oversee the close process and ensure timely delivery of key financial insights to leadership.

+ Navigate compliance landscapes, including tax and regulatory filings, with a focus on risk mitigation.

+ Partner with internal stakeholders to support audits, planning cycles, and strategic forecasting.

+ Foster a culture of accountability, mentorship, and continuous improvement within the accounting team.

Qualifications:

+ A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

+ A track record of progressive experience in financial operations, including team leadership.

+ Proficiency in enterprise-level accounting platforms and familiarity with multi-entity environments.

+ Strong analytical capabilities and a solution-oriented mindset.

+ A working knowledge of compliance frameworks and financial best practices.

+ The ability to communicate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.

+ Experience with full-cycle accounting in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

+ Familiarity with financial systems integration and process automation.

+ Demonstrated success in managing competing priorities and driving results.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
