    • What You’ll Do

     

    As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our financial operations, driving insights and delivering high-impact reporting to executive leadership and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

     

    + Executive & Board Reporting: Develop and deliver monthly financial packages that inform key decisions.

    + External Financial Statements: Prepare quarterly and annual reports in compliance with regulatory standards.

    + Global Collaboration: Partner with international finance teams to produce rolling 13-week cash forecasts and weekly financial analyses.

    + Operational Accounting Leadership: Oversee manufacturing cost analysis, inventory control, and overhead absorption for the LSI unit.

    + Performance Analysis: Provide actionable insights to the General Manager and Corporate Controller.

    + Strategic Support: Collaborate cross-functionally on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

    + System Ownership: Lead the global Hyperion financial consolidation process, driving enhancements and optimization.

    + Month-End Close: Manage journal entries, reconciliations, and coordination with international units.

    + Audit Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for annual financial audits.

    + Ad Hoc Projects: Offer technical accounting guidance and support strategic initiatives.

    • What You Bring

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)

    + 2+ years in public accounting or 3+ years in corporate financial reporting

    + Strong skills in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (Hyperion experience a plus)

    + Excellent communication and collaboration skills

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $72.00 - $78.00/hr.
