SUMMARY OF THE JOB :
Liberty Bank is seeking a seasoned Technical Business Analyst to facilitate and execute requirements gathering, write technical solutions through detailed user stories translating business processes to automation, configuration and testing of solutions within Liberty Bank’s Salesforce ecosystem. In this strategic role, you’ll work within the technical Salesforce Center of Excellence to translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions—all while ensuring alignment with Liberty Bank’s enterprise standards and delivering measurable business impact.
We’re looking for a senior technical resource with deep Banking and Salesforce expertise with strong communication skills. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to the lines of business to articulate and champion design thinking, shaping Liberty’s digital transformation journey and enabling teams to succeed with the Salesforce Platform.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
+ Configure the Salesforce platform spanning multiple complex initiatives, while maintaining day-to-day operations.
+ Engage in requirements elaboration and clarification with business analysis and end user teams
+ Be involved in the architecture & technical planning process for new & existing features, and create detailed design in support of the requirements
+ Stay abreast of Salesforce updates and best practices and recommend introduction of new technologies and processes.
+ Act as the subject matter expert and manage administrative functions of Liberty Bank’s Salesforce platform.
+ Support the lines of business on the proper use of the Salesforce by focusing on configuration rather than customization.
+ Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis and implement fixes; while utilizing Azure Dev Ops to create detailed, high quality error reporting.
+ Demonstrate integrity and authenticity in your everyday interactions
+ Work with Liberty’s Salesforce Program Owner and internal Center of Excellence team members to support QA processes, review test plans, test coverage and help improve testing procedures.
+ Mentor Salesforce Center of Excellence team members, ensuring quality deliverables.
Minimum knowledge/skills:
Qualifications & Experience
+ 5+ years of Salesforce technical business analysis experience in banking, consulting for banks or financial services.
+ 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring Salesforce solutions.
+ Deep understanding of Salesforce products and best practices, with experience optimizing CRM platforms for business transformation.
+ Experience integrating Salesforce with other cloud-based systems using REST, SOAP, API, etc.
+ Knowledge of proper DevOps practices, deployment processes and release pipelines
+ Strong communications skills
+ Experience with Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud and MuleSoft is strongly preferred.
+ Experience in agile development and project methodology strongly preferred
Education and Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or years of commensurate experience is required
+ Experience in the banking industry is strongly preferred, financial services industry or a highly regulated environment is secondary.
Certifications and Licenses
+ Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, and/or Salesforce Platform App Builder are required.
+ Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) are highly desirable.
Other Requirements
+ Familiarity with regulatory compliance in financial services, including privacy and data security policies.
+ Ability to travel is needed to coordinate with external partners and attend industry events or training.
