SUMMARY OF THE JOB :
Liberty Bank is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect to guide enterprise architecture and technical design within Liberty Bank’s Salesforce ecosystem. In this strategic role, you’ll translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions—all while ensuring alignment with Liberty Bank’s enterprise standards and delivering measurable business impact.
We’re looking for a technical leader with deep Salesforce expertise and strong communication skills who can deliver well architected, compliant solutions to the enterprise. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, shaping Liberty’s digital transformation journey and enabling teams to succeed with the Salesforce Platform.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
+ Architect, design and develop on the Salesforce platform spanning multiple complex initiatives, while maintaining day-to-day operations and stability of the application ecosystem.
+ Stay abreast of Salesforce updates and best practices and recommend introduction of new technologies and processes.
+ Act as the subject matter expert and manage administrative functions of Liberty Bank’s Salesforce platform.
+ Support the lines of business on the proper use of the Salesforce by focusing on configuration rather than customization.
+ Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis and implement fixes; while utilizing Azure Dev Ops to create detailed, high quality error reporting.
+ Work with Liberty Program Owner and internal Center of Excellence team members to support QA processes, review test plans, test coverage and help improve testing procedures.
+ Provide technical oversight and mentor Salesforce Center of Excellence team members, ensuring quality deliverables.
Minimum knowledge/skills:
Qualifications & Experience
+ 5+ years of Salesforce architecture experience preferably within financial services.
+ 7+ years of hands-on experience designing Salesforce solutions, both configuration and APEX.
+ Deep understanding of Salesforce products, architecture, governance, and best practices, with experience optimizing CRM platforms for business transformation.
+ Deep understanding of Salesforce features including but not limited to Lightning Web Components, Omni Studio, APEX Programming and Integration Patterns.
+ Strong knowledge of databases, security practices and web services.
+ Experience integrating Salesforce with other cloud-based systems using REST, SOAP, API, etc.
+ Knowledge of proper DevOps practices, deployment processes and release pipelines. Good understanding of package-based deployments.
+ Strong communications skills
+ Experience with Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Mulesoft is strongly preferred.
+ Experience in agile methodologies
Education and Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field or years of commensurate experience is required
+ Experience in the financial services industry or a highly regulated environment is strongly preferred.
Certifications and Licenses
+ Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Platform App Builder are required.
+ Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified Program Architect is required
+ Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master) are highly desirable.
Other Requirements
+ Proven experience in managing large-scale CRM development initiatives and driving successful deployments.
+ Familiarity with regulatory compliance in financial services, including privacy and data security policies.
+ Ability to travel as needed to coordinate with external partners and attend industry events or training.
