This role requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles, a keen eye for visual design, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

    Core Responsibilities:

+ Develop and maintain consistent branding templates for internal programs and reports, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and brand guidelines.

+ Assist in the creation and editing of multimedia assets (e.g., short animations, videos, audio recordings) for educational and internal communications purposes, ensuring high quality and accessibility.

+ Administer and manage the learning management system (LMS), including content uploads, updates, course scheduling, user enrollment, and troubleshooting technical issues.

+ Analyze learning data, generate comprehensive reports on course completion, performance metrics, and learning outcomes, and provide insights for program optimization.

+ Partner closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) across various departments to conduct needs assessments, gather content, and design training solutions that are accurate, relevant, and aligned with operational objectives.

+ Support the continuous improvement cycle of learning materials and programs based on learner feedback, performance data, and emerging best practices in instructional design.

+ Build, maintain, and update internal web pages (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, intranet sites) to organize, curate, and disseminate security-related resources, policies, and procedures.

+ Publish timely updates, news, and announcements related to security program developments, employee recognition, and organizational events on internal communication platforms.

+ Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in instructional design, e-learning, and adult education to recommend innovative learning solutions.

+ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards and project scope.

    Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Communications, or equivalent experience in a related field.

+ Proven experience (3+ years) in instructional design and e-learning development, preferably within a corporate or large organizational setting.

+ Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

+ Demonstrated expertise in administering and managing various learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).

+ Strong understanding and application of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and evaluation methodologies.

+ Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) for creating engaging visual content.

+ Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.

+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights for learning program improvement.

+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
