Description
Responsible for leading and implementing product design initiatives from the Electrical/Electronic/Control System discipline in a fast paced, innovation-centric environment. This also includes, providing system analysis of customer applications and root cause analysis of product and customer system issues.
Job Responsibilities
+ New Product Development Projects Capabilities Required
+ Perform Feasibility Analysis of NPD projects.
+ Perform System Design of New Products.
+ Assemble Multi-Disciplined Development Team.
+ Lead Assembled Project Development Team. Be Responsible for Entire Program, all Aspects.
+ Interface with internal Customers (Production, Quality, Procurement) to Drive Program Requirements.
+ Establish, Track, and Drive Program Schedule and Cost.
+ Report Program Status Clearly and Concisely to Customers and Sr. Management.
+ Be Able to Motivate Development Team i.e. Long Hours on Late Programs
+ Transition New Products to Production Efficiently.
+ Assist in Initial Product Builds.
+ Establish Personal Time Management System.
+ Display a professional demeanor and dress when representing Bel to Customers and Suppliers.
+ Mentor Engineers and Technicians.
Must Have Skills:
-FPGA (Xilinx and Verilog strongly preferred)
-Schematic Design
-Layout
Preferred Skills:
-Orcad
-Communication protocols or fiber optics experience
-Xilinx or Verilog
-C
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.
