    Key Responsibilities:

    + Conduct visual inspections of seed samples for quality and consistency

    + Perform essential lab tests including pH, protein assays, moisture analysis, and titrations

    + Execute warm and cool germination tests

    + Carry out purity analysis and precise seed counts

    + Organize and implement standardized sampling procedures

    Schedule Details:

    + Standard Hours: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

    + Peak Season (Nov–Jan):Two shifts available

    + 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

    + 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM

    + Spring Season (Feb–May): May include weekend work

    + Flexibility for 1st or 2nd shift is required

    Compensation:

    + $16.00 per hour

    Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma (Required)

    + Valid Passport or Birth Certificate required for onboarding

    + Must be available to start on September 2

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
