    Entry Level Test Technician – Multiple Shifts Available!

     

    Open to entry level graduates!

    Shifts Available:

    + Weekend 1st Shift: Friday – Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM

    + Weekday 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

    + Weekday 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM

    About the Role:

    Join a leading technology company in Chelmsford, MA as a Test Technician. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone with a passion for electronics and a sharp eye for detail. You’ll be part of a collaborative team working on cutting-edge products and systems in a fast-paced production environment.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Perform electrical and RF testing on sub-assemblies and circuit boards using manual and automated test equipment.

    + Follow detailed work instructions and test plans to ensure product quality.

    + Use measuring instruments and electronic test tools to meet specifications.

    + Accurately document test results and assist in improving procedures.

    + Troubleshoot and retest electronic assemblies as needed.

    + Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Basic computer skills and ability to navigate digital systems.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

    + Experience with electrical or micro-electronics preferred.

    + Familiarity with ESD procedures and test equipment.

    + Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn.

    + Bachelors Degree

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
