    Description

As we continue to grow in 2025, we are eager to add another Engineer Diver to our Underwater Structural and Civil Engineering Team. As a Certified Engineer Diver, you will be responsible for underwater assessments and other duties (see below) based out of our South Hackensack, NJ office.

    Responsibilities include:

    + Perform condition surveys and structural assessments of marine facilities, waterfront structures, and water-spanning bridge substructure

    + Writing reports of findings with recommendations for correcting deficiencies including the preparation of repair designs

    + Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures

    + Oversee and help train/ mentor designers and design engineers

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + 4-year Engineering Degree from an accredited university (Civil or Structural Engineering preferred)

    + Certified graduate of a commercial dive school

    + Professional Engineer license preferred

    + ADCI surface-supplied air diver certification

    + Minimum of 3+ years of documented experience performing condition surveys and structural assessments of marine facilities and water-spanning bridge substructures

    + AutoCAD and/ or AutoCAD Civil 3D design experience required
