    The nurse manager will promote the mission and values of the organization and be an active advocate of providing quality patient care, excellent customer service, and efficient healthcare. As a member of the management team, the nurse manager will be involved in system planning, budgeting, manpower planning, and program development to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care.

    Responsibilities

    + Promote the mission and values of the organization.

    + Advocate for quality patient care and excellent customer service.

    + Participate in system planning, budgeting, and manpower planning.

    + Develop programs to enhance patient care quality.

    + Ensure efficient and effective healthcare delivery.

    Essential Skills

    + Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with a Bachelor's Degree.

    + Current certification in CPR; ACLS & PALS certification required within 6 months of hire.

    + Current Oklahoma License as a Registered Nurse.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience in the area of specialty.

    + Experience in patient care and post-operative care.

    Work Environment

    The work environment is within a 180-bed acute care medical center located in south Tulsa. The facility offers a wide range of inpatient and outpatient services, providing a dynamic and supportive environment for healthcare professionals.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $110000.00/yr.

     

    Ardent benefits - active first day of the month after 30 days of employment

    This is a fully onsite position in Tulsa,OK.
