    Join a dynamic team as a Manufacturing Process Engineer where you will play a pivotal role in supporting plant maintenance through understanding parts functionality, managing inventory, and ensuring seamless equipment operations.

    Responsibilities

    + Understand parts functionality and track associated parts for equipment, providing matching or alternate parts when necessary.

    + Assist assemblers by pulling appropriate parts for system construction.

    + Support inventory management by performing full and cycle inventory counts for associated equipment.

    + Review the Bill of Materials (BOM) and spare parts listings to match part numbers with components for equipment.

    + Resolve transaction discrepancies reported by the plant floor.

    + Collaborate with purchasing and parts procurement teams to understand forecast accuracy for required equipment parts.

    + Validate part changes with team members, maintenance, engineering, and safety teams.

    + Verify and append necessary details for associated equipment parts.

    + Read, comprehend, and adhere to written, standardized work instructions and trained procedures.

    + Facilitate storage and movement of materials within or between assembly area departments.

    + Report to work on time to support plant area and throughput goals.

    + Complete tasks within designated timeframes to meet operational expectations.

    + Provide status updates to stakeholders in the predefined format.

    + Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, and relevant authorities.

    Work Environment

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
