Job Title: Test TechnicianJob Description

The Test Technician will play a crucial role in supporting production by performing test operations as defined by released engineering. This position requires collaboration with the Quality and Production teams to identify functional problems and develop effective solutions.

Responsibilities

+ Perform electrical testing for VSWR, Insertion Loss, Phase, Time Delay, and Capacitance.

+ Conduct standard Network Analyzer Calibration as needed.

+ Perform In-Process and Final Testing.

+ Troubleshoot production hardware electrical problems.

+ Create and manage Test Data sheets.

+ Support production by creating Cable Harness Method Sheets and assembling harnesses.

Essential Skills

+ Experience with diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes and network analyzers.

+ Ability to read and interpret schematics and drawings.

+ 2+ years of experience in electro-mechanical testing and manufacturing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Familiarity with network analyzers and multi-meters.

+ Experience in wire and cable harness manufacturing.

+ Experience in aerospace or military sectors.

+ Proficiency in Excel.

Work Environment

The role involves working in an open lab environment, primarily seated at an analyzer throughout the day.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
