    As a Key Account Manager, you will be a central figure in managing and expanding relationships with our national clients. You’ll develop account strategies, collaborate across departments, and ensure our solutions align with customer goals.     + Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet growth and retention targets

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for national accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction

    + Identify opportunities to expand services and increase account value

    + Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions

    + Lead RFQ and pricing processes, ensuring competitive and compelling proposals

    + Monitor account performance metrics and take proactive steps to address gaps

    + Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity in CRM systems

    + Share insights and best practices with regional and global account teams

    + Demonstrate a strong hunter sales mindset by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

    + Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs through disciplined execution and follow-through

    What we would like you to bring

    + Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or a related field

    + 5+ years of experience in key account management within freight forwarding sales

    + Strong understanding of domestic logistics and supply chain operations

    + Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

    + Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building long-term relationships

    + Proven track record of new business development and sales success

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Kuehne+Nagel reviews pay ranges regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay based on industry market data. #LI-TW
