    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain projects, overseeing planning, execution, and monitoring phases of operator training within the production operations.

    + Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to meet the needs of various departments.

    + Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and resources to ensure smooth execution of training sessions.

    + Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + 3+ years of experience in training coordination or a related field within a production environment.

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Proficiency in manpower scheduling within a production environment.

    + Ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate training solutions.

    + Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve training objectives.
