    Key Responsibilities

    + Administrate users and accounts on different platforms.

    + Facilitate application integration engagement projects between different stakeholders.

    + Assist in identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define process objectives and software design.

    + Create process maps, documentation, and training materials.

    + Lead process improvement initiatives and change management efforts.

    + Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor process performance.

    + Facilitate and host training sessions to align internal/external stakeholders and ensure adoption.

    + Coordinate with IT and business teams to ensure alignment between processes and systems.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • Familiarity in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and BPM software.

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

    • Experience with Salesforce CRM/FSL and Oracle EBS are a plus.

    • Exposure to methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
