The beautiful Reno Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is growing and seeking more great Therapists to help guide our patients on their journey of recovery!

This position is a Monday-Friday 8am to 4pm.

+ Clinician is able to create curriculum for the group off of evidenced based modalities.

+ Clinician will continue the alumni group for patients that have completed treatment on Wednesday @5PM.

+ Provides psycho-therapeutic services to patients and their families, and serves as a member of interdisciplinary team supporting the organization's treatment program and philosophy and assure the deliverance of quality treatment to patients and their families.

+ Evaluates patient data, develops and implements a plan of care for the patient.

+ Completes progress notes and discharge plans in a timely fashion.

+ Ensures compliance with all treatment plan requirements including weekly review and updates with the patient.

+ Documents treatment provided to patients in their medical record based on established case management guidelines.

+ Completes all reports for suspected abuse as legally mandated and consistently informs supervisor.

Requirements

+ Master’s degree in Social Work or similar field required.

+ Minimum one (1) year previous experience as a therapist preferred.

+ History of working/running groups.
