PURPOSE:

Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL pipelines using Informatica and building impactful dashboards and reports using PowerBI to support data-driven decision-making across the value stream. This role requires deep knowledge of data modeling, report/dashboard creation, and ETL processes to provide business insights and data-driven solutions. Additionally, collaborate with various teams, including data architects and business analysts, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

+ Design, develop and main ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Cloud. Integrate, cleanse, and transform data from diverse sources into data warehouses. Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ETL and reporting.

+ Design and develop interactive and visually compelling Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business needs. Implement data visualization best practices to ensure clarity, accuracy, and insights.

+ Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across all reporting layers. Monitor, troubleshot, and optimize ETL jobs and report performance. Maintain comprehensive documentation for data pipelines and reporting logic.

+ Work cross-functionality with data engineers, analysts, and business partners to understand reporting requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications for both ETL and BI components.

+ Collaborate with DBAs and data architects to implement best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accessibility, integrity, and analytics.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

Position does not have direct reports but is expected to assist in guiding and mentoring less experienced staff. May lead a team of matrixed resources.

QUALIFICATIONS:

**Education Level** : Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.

Licenses/Certifications Preferred:

+ ITIL Foundations v3 within 180 Days

Experience:

+ 8+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and 3+ years of experience with Informatica Cloud.

+ 4+ years of experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards.

+ Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).

+ Strong understanding of data modeling, warehousing and ETL design. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience with cloud platform like Azure or AWS. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for data and BI. Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, or data lineage tools.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

+ Ability to collaborate to solve technical problems across teams.

+ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

+ Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, within set expectations for service excellence. Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging.

**Salary Range:** $96,552 - $191,763

This compensation range is specific and considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilites of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, internal peer equity, and market and business consideration.
