    PURPOSE:

    Seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of Facets platform upgrades and other high-impact corporate initiatives. This role is critical in driving strategic transformation, ensuring delivery excellence, and aligning technology solutions with business objectives across our value stream.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    + Drive successful Facets upgrade implementations that are compliant, scalable and secure. Serve as the delivery lead for multiple concurrent initiatives tied to strategic corporate programs. Ensure delivery excellence through structured planning, proactive risk management and team coordination. Ensure that the upgrades, enhancements and integrations with Facets are forward compatible, scalable, and contribute to long-term architecture goals.

    + Provide technical and delivery oversight acting as liaison between business, architecture, and vendor partners. Support digital transformation efforts across the enterprise in support of modernizing the Facets G6 platform. Enable continuous improvement in how the Facets platform supports key business functions such as Claims, Membership, Provider, and Billing.

    + Improve stakeholder satisfaction by ensuring transparency, predictability, and timely delivery of critical programs. Foster collaboration across teams to reduce silos, improve communication, and build delivery discipline. Streamline processes and reduce delivery bottlenecks.

    + Drive and influence Facets product roadmap in close collaboration with enterprise architects, product managers, IT & business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with evolving business goals and regulatory demands.

    + Promote system reliability and business continuity by ensuring thorough testing, risk mitigation, and deployment readiness for all Facets related changes.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

    Position does not have direct reports but is expected to assist in guiding and mentoring less experienced staff. May lead a team of matrixed resources.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    **Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.

    Licenses/Certifications:

    + SAFe Agilist, PMP

    **Experience:** 15+ years of IT experience, including 8+ years with TriZetto Facets in a technical delivery role. Strong knowledge of Facets application (including upgrades, extensions, and configurations). Proven experience leading complex system upgrades and transformations. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience of Agile/Scrum practices and tools like JIRA, MS Project, Confluence. Experience leading enterprise-level initiatives, system integrations, and modernization efforts. Prior experience in legacy-to-cloud migration, containerization, or modularization of legacy platforms. Strong technical experience with Cloud-native services (AWS/Azure certification preferred). Deep understanding of healthcare payer systems, NetworX Pricer, custom extensions, EDI integration, claims, and membership workflows. Familiar with HIPAA, PHI handling, and compliance practices.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Familiarity with Cloud platforms and containerized environments.

    + PMP, SAFe, or CSM certification.

    + Understanding of data integration, API platforms, and claims/payment systems.

    + Prior experience managing vendor relationships and multi-track projects.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

    + Knowledge of programming languages and web-based technologies.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

    + Ability to collaborate to solve technical problems across teams.

    + Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

    + Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, within set expectations for service excellence. Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging.

    **Salary Range:** $113,256 - $224,93
