We are seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead Westgate Apartments, a 795-unit property in Manassas, Virginia. You can become an integral part of a team that is consistently rated top in customer service and driven to positively impact our residents, employees, and owners.

    You Will Need:

    + Prior property management experience managing at least 300+ units.

    + Proven leadership and motivational skills.

    + Knowledge and practical application of the VRLTA.

    + Proficiency with multiple software applications.

    + This is an on-site, in-person position.

    Preferred Education and Experience:

    + Bachelor’s Degree

    + CPM, CAPS, or ARM Certification
