We are looking for a Java Spring Boot Developer with hands-on experience in building scalable backend systems and integrating AI/ML capabilities into enterprise-grade applications. You’ll work on intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and natural language processing features that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

+ Design, develop, and maintain backend services using **Java Spring Boot** and microservices architecture.

+ Integrate AI/ML models into applications using RESTful APIs, Kafka, and cloud-native services.

+ Collaborate with data scientists to deploy models into production environments.

+ Build secure and scalable APIs for AI-powered features such as chatbots, recommendation engines, and anomaly detection.

+ Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.

+ Implement CI/CD pipelines and maintain code quality using tools like Git, Maven, and JUnit.

+ Document architecture, workflows, and integration patterns.

AI-Focused Responsibilities

+ Work with AI platforms (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, TensorFlow, Hugging Face) to embed intelligence into backend systems.

+ Develop and consume NLP services for chatbots, sentiment analysis, and text classification.

+ Integrate ML models for predictive analytics in domains like customer behavior, fraud detection, or operational forecasting.

Required Skills & Experience

+ 3+ years of experience in Java development with Spring Boot.

The base salary range for this position is $ 92,250 - $ 171,321 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
