    *Essential Duties and Responsibilities*

    * Perform general duties for Credit Advocates as requested

    * Take calls from clients and answer questions regarding HBC and enrollment.

    * Make initial call to customers for all new enrollments referred by Loan Officers.

    * Send out enrollment packets to customers for membership into HBC.

    * Enroll customers into HBC within the HBC Database.

    * Follow up with clients on a daily/weekly basis.

    * Communicate with Credit Advocates, Loan Officers, and Sales Agents about referrals daily.

    * Input data into HBC database on a consistent basis.

    * Update, maintain and communicate status of referrals, enrollees, closings to all involved parties on a regular basis.

    * Must be able to work well with others.

    *Education and/or Experience*

    Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
